It is my pure pleasure to write you this letter. Barb Cox and the excellent service technician (Jeff - I believe) have provided the utmost best customer service that we have ever received. We are new customers of Barcom and they both went above and beyond their original call of duty to help us when we were in need. You need to acknowledge them for such great work and wonderful customer service. You should be proud to be their manager. They both came to our house after hours on a Friday night to check our system when it was not working. They both acted as if we were their number one priority. THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE! You just don't see it these days anymore. It was so nice to see a company stand behind their product and have employees proud to work for that company. We thank you very much for standing by your product and giving us such wonderful customer service.
